Steffanie Warnes Amazing service from start to finish! Booked via the website which is so easy to use and received a message the day before to confirm details and times. We hired the unicorn castle, brilliant quality and super sparkly! Jay and Sophie are so friendly and were so patient with my son who was desperate to help put the castle away. We have hired a lot of bouncy castles over the years and this was by far the best quality castle we have had and the best service. Highly recommend, we will definitely be using again.
Sarah Salmon I contacted Laken Inflatables with a view to booking a bouncy castle at very short notice. They were really helpful and let me know which products they had available within the hour. When they arrived, they were very professional and took the time to explain the health and safety elements. The bouncy castle itself was very clean and in great condition. Overall, an excellent service and the kids had a blast!
