Amazing service from start to finish! Booked via the website which is so easy to use and received a message the day before to confirm details and times. We hired the unicorn castle, brilliant quality and super sparkly! Jay and Sophie are so friendly and were so patient with my son who was desperate to help put the castle away. We have hired a lot of bouncy castles over the years and this was by far the best quality castle we have had and the best service. Highly recommend, we will definitely be using again.

We hired the 3d dinosaur bouncy castle with slide for my son’s 5th birthday party. Everybody loved the bouncy castle and kept the children entertained throughout the party. From booking through to delivery, the process was faultless. Receiving emails three days before the delivery date was such a good touch, as it took away the stress and worry regarding delivery. The absolute BEST hire! Found this company from recommendation and booked and Took less than 2 minutes to fully book in with only 48hour notice after scrolling all of their many options! It was so hard to choose!! Had to rearrange it to a hall with less than an hours notice due to the weather today and still delivered! Quick set up! Arrived on time! Polite! The castle was spotless! & so unique! Big hit for all the kids! We had the unicorn slide castle The pink parts of the castle are actually metallic and glittery it was STUNNING in person! Really responsive! Respectable and fuss free! This will be the only company I ever use! Plus check out their website it’s AMAZING!!

100% recommend. I’ve used Laken Inflatables twice now, once for my daughter 1st birthday and now for her 4th birthday and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. For both occasions they have been fantastic and it’s nice to say that their customer service was just as good today as it was 3 years ago! All three staff members that came to sort the bouncy castle were very polite and each one asked if everyone had a nice time which I thought was lovely! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Honestly such a lovely company even when I rang at the start before booking, with many questions nothing was too much bother! Very easy to book either over the phone or on the website and you get updates from them letting you know when they are on their way to set up and pack away!
