Amazing service from start to finish! Booked via the website which is so easy to use and received a message the day before to confirm details and times. We hired the unicorn castle, brilliant quality and super sparkly! Jay and Sophie are so friendly and were so patient with my son who was desperate to help put the castle away. We have hired a lot of bouncy castles over the years and this was by far the best quality castle we have had and the best service. Highly recommend, we will definitely be using again.

My son had a joint party with his friend today (14th July) and me and my friend definitely got our moneys worth as there wasn't a time where a child wasn't playing with the equipment for 3 hours! Absolutely amazing experience using Laken Inflatables. Sophie and Jay very professional and prompt. nothing was too much trouble.
Extremely good value for money, We had the pirate ship bouncy castle and it was immaculate like brand new!
We will certainly be using them again.
