Absolutely amazing. It was my grandsons 5th birthday and they went above and beyond for us. Very professional polite and helpful. The equipment was top class. The children had an amazing time bouncy sliding jumping in the ball pit and riding the buggies. Thank you so much for making his day wonderful. I hired the adult castle for a 40th which we used in the village hall, absolutely brilliant fun for the kids and adults lol, highly recommended, very clean and still looks brand new, will be using them again for sure.

100% recommend. I’ve used Laken Inflatables twice now, once for my daughter 1st birthday and now for her 4th birthday and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. For both occasions they have been fantastic and it’s nice to say that their customer service was just as good today as it was 3 years ago! All three staff members that came to sort the bouncy castle were very polite and each one asked if everyone had a nice time which I thought was lovely! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Honestly such a lovely company even when I rang at the start before booking, with many questions nothing was too much bother! Very easy to book either over the phone or on the website and you get updates from them letting you know when they are on their way to set up and pack away!
